West Cobb · Junk removal

JUNK. GONE. TODAY.

We come out for a free walkthrough, give you a real number, and it doesn't change when the truck shows up.

Free walkthrough · West Cobb · No obligation

Three steps. That's it.

From "I have to deal with this" to "this is dealt with."

  1. Tell us about the job

Quick form — name, zip, what needs to go. Photos optional, but they help us prep before the walkthrough.

  2. We schedule the walkthrough

We call within one business day to lock in a time. The walkthrough itself is free either way.

  3. Real price onsite. Then we haul.

We give you a real number on the spot. That's what you pay. It doesn't change on hauling day.

What you hear onsite is what you pay.

Most junk removal companies quote low over the phone and adjust when they arrive. They look at the pile, recalculate by volume, and hand you a higher number — but the truck is already there and you've already taken the morning off.

We don't work that way. We come out for a free walkthrough. We see what you actually have. We give you a real number, written down, on the spot. That number is locked.

It doesn't change when the truck shows up. It doesn't change if the load is slightly larger than expected. It doesn't change for any reason.

If you don't want it, we'll take it.

Furniture, appliances, the contents of a whole garage. A few things we can't take — but not many.

We haul

  • Furniture — sofas, mattresses, bed frames, dressers
  • Appliances — refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers
  • Electronics — TVs, computers, printers
  • Yard waste and debris
  • Construction debris — drywall, flooring, fixtures
  • Garage and storage cleanouts
  • Estate cleanouts
  • Office furniture and equipment
  • Hot tubs (ask us on this one)

We don't take

  • Hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, asbestos
  • Biological waste

Not sure if we take it? Send a photo and ask. We'll let you know before you commit to anything.

The industry has a playbook. We don't run it.

Most companies

  • Quote low on the phone — they want the job.
  • Recalculate by volume when the truck arrives.
  • You pay more than expected. The truck is already there.

Us

  • Free walkthrough before we name a price.
  • Real number, written down, onsite.
  • Locked. Doesn't change on hauling day.

Most companies want the job. We want the locked number to stick.

Why locked price.

I started Gone Today because I was tired of how the industry works.

Most companies quote you low on the phone — they want the job. Then they show up, look at the pile, "recalculate by volume," and hand you a number that's higher than what you expected. You feel pressured. You feel like you got bait-and-switched. But the truck is already there, you've already taken the morning off, and they know it.

So we don't do that. We come out for a free walkthrough first. We give you a real number, written down, on the spot. That number is locked. It doesn't change when the truck shows up. It doesn't change if the load is a little bigger than we expected. It doesn't change for any reason.

What you hear onsite is what you pay. That's not a slogan — it's the whole reason this company exists.

Real questions. Real answers.

Do you have a minimum?

No minimum. Even a single item — we'll come look. The walkthrough is free either way.

What if I've just got a few things?

Worth our time. We'd rather show up for a small honest job than chase the big ones and miss yours.

Can you come inside the house?

Yes. Garage, basement, attic, the spare bedroom. We come where the stuff is. Stairs are no problem.

What about stuff you don't take?

Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos) and biological waste are off-limits. For everything else, ask — we'll point you the right direction if we can't haul it.

Is the walkthrough really free?

Yes. Even if you decide not to book. We come out, look at the job, give you the locked number, and that's it. No fee, no pressure.

How fast can you come?

Walkthrough usually within one business day of your request. Hauling typically same week — same day is common when there's truck flexibility.
